Sheltered Soul

You are able to shield yourself from the psychic backlash caused by a network member’s untimely demise.

Prerequisites: Wis 13, Worldthought Network

Benefit: When a willing member of your worldthought network dies, you do not lose any experience points or power points. Instead, you lose your psionic focus, if any — including any other focus you could expend (such as your psicrystal’s through Psicrystal Containment).

Normal: When a member of your worldthought network dies, you must make a Fortitude save (DC 15) or lose 10 XP and 1 power point for every Hit Die of the fallen member.
