Because of the fluidic nature of your form while under this effect, you cannot effectively make melee attacks, suffering a -10 penalty to attack and damage rolls.

• By spending an additional 4 power points, the duration increases to 10 minutes / level
• For an additional 6 power points, this power can be manifested as a swift action.
