Your target must make a Fortitude save or begin to drown. In the first round, it falls unconscious. In the following round, it falls to -1 hp and is dying. In the third round, it drowns. The target may make a Fortitude save during each round to negate this incantation.

Enhance: For every 2 points by which you increase the DC, the Fortitude save increases by 1.
