Detect Network (Psionic)

You have studied worldthought networks, learning how to detect them and even a moderate ability to manipulate them.

Prerequisites: Knowledge (psionics) 2 ranks, Psicraft 2 ranks

Benefit: As long as you maintain psionic focus, by spending a standard action studying a creature, you are able to detect if the creature is a member of a worldthought network. You may expend your psionic focus to communicate telepathically with one member of that network for 1 minute.
