For the purpose of the skill check, this power allows you to be treated as though you had 4 ranks in the skill. As with all skill checks, this power allows you to use your Intelligence modifier to modify your check. If the check is unsuccessful, the same check can be retried but only if the power is manifested again and the power points are paid for anew.
